Shipping policy

Xmas Delivery guaranteed on orders placed before 3PM Monday 22nd December

So far this year a staggering 92% of our parcels have arrived with our customers on the next working day from the date of purchase regardless of the shipping option selected, however if you need your order for a specific date please upgrade your delivery appropriately for our guaranteed time frame.

We despatch orders between Monday and Friday with a cut-off time of 3PM which means for orders placed after 3PM you can add one extra working day onto your expected delivery time.

Orders placed after 3PM on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday (Tuesday for bank holidays). Our shipping couriers will only collect from us and deliver on working days unless otherwise specified via your tracking information.

 

Standard Shipping

This option is £3.99 and is sent via either DHL Parcel or Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of your order.

The vast majority of orders are sent via DHL parcel, however some lightweight or letterbox sized orders such as accessories or singular t-shirts may be sent via Royal Mail. 

For the vast majority, your order will arrive usually on the next working day from when the order is placed, but our guaranteed time is 2-4 working days.

If you need your order more urgently please choose the appropriate shipping option like express or next working day for our guarantee on the delivery time frame.

 

Express Shipping

This is a promotional option available for orders over £100 at a Rate of £1.99 and the specified timeframe is between 1-2 working days.

 

Next Working Day Delivery

This option is £6.99 and will get to you on the next working day provided your order was placed before 3PM. All orders sent via Next Working Day Delivery are tracked, signed and are sent via DHL Express. 

Orders placed on Friday will not arrive on Saturday, they will arrive on Monday (Tuesday for bank holidays) as this service is next working day only.

 Orders between 3PM on Friday and 3PM on Monday will arrive on Tuesday.

 

Northern Ireland & Rural UK Locations 

Areas such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & other rural UK locations will be sent via Royal Mail and the advised delivery date matches our usual specified timeframe for the rest of the UK.

International shipping

Details and fees vary by country. We do not cover the cost of duties or international taxes at the checkout price, this will be payable by the receiver. For more information contact us here.

We cannot accept any liability for a signed for parcel, please make sure you are always available to accept a parcel on your delivery date specified or use your online tracking to change the delivery date with the courier directly.

We cannot accept any liability for a parcel lost when an incorrect address is given, please only use the correct delivery address.

We cannot accept any liability for the loss of a parcel when changes are specified by the receiver, by default none of our shipped goods will be left with a neighbour or outside the property. If you decide to change this via online tracking or discussion with the courier this is done at the risk and liability of the receiver.
