Refund policy
General Returns (online purchases only)
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your purchase back to us.
Upon acceptance of a return, we can offer; an Exchange of items, a Refund or Store Credit.
Returns are processed given items meet the simple eligibility below:
- Unworn & in Original Condition
- Item has all Original Tags attached
- No deodorant marks, stains or pet hair
- Item had no odour (aftershave, detergent or otherwise)
- Footwear comes in the original box, without wear on the sole

Exchanges
We can exchange any returnable item bought within 14 days of the date of delivery.
This is completely free of charge for any UK customer, you will not be charged to send your order to us via our returns portal nor will you be charged a re-delivery fee for an exchanged order.
Exchanges usually turned around in 1-2 Working days from receival.
If you require an exchange but do not see your size in stock, please still request the size exchange regardless of this as we may be able to pull the stock from additional reserves. If we cannot provide an exchange upon arrival of your return, we will process a refund on the returned items.
Refunds
We can process a refund for any returned item within 14 days of the date of delivery.
A refund will be processed on an accepted return back onto the original payment method or card within 2 working days from receival.
There are no hidden charges or restocking fees for refunds, other than the shipping fee for use of the return shipping if you choose to use the service. This would be deducted from a refund upon processing. If you choose not to use the return shipping service we would not charge this fee at all.
Please be aware that depending on your payment provider or card issuer the funds may take up to an additional 5 working days to become available again, although in most cases it is normally much sooner. Unfortunately, we cannot accelerate this process as it is a processing time dictated by your chosen payment provider or card issuer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept any returns on items that become damaged once worn, please inspect your garment when you receive the item.
Exceptions & Non-returnable items
Although the vast majority of our items are returnable, certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also cannot accept any returns on Swimwear, Underwear, Socks & Masks for Hygiene purposes.

We can only accept a return from the buyer of the item - we cannot process or handle any return from someone who did not directly purchase the item.
