How do I return an item?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• For exchanges please leave a note of the size you'd like in exchange
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You must return your items within 14 days of delivery of your order and your item must meet the following eligibility :

• Original unworn condition
• Original Tags Attached
• No Stains, Odors or Pet Hair

How long will Approval Take

For the vast majority of returns, you should recieve notification on the same or next working day.

What Items are non-returnable?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized  items). We also cannot accept any returns on Swimwear, Underwear, Socks, Snoods & Masks for hygiene purposes.

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for returning items other than the return shipping cost for refunds. Exchanges are available for free return shipping
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges and liability of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.

How long will my Exchange take?

Exchange are normally turned around in 1-2 Working days from recieval.
